So. much. food. Why are there always so many leftovers on Thanksgiving? We all ate until we were stuffed and yet there's still plenty more. If you're in the same boat as me, I rounded up some yummy sounding recipes to help you use up all that turkey (and cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes, and ...)

Turkey and Cranberry Ravioli -

My family has made this recipe for years and it's always gobbled up. (see what I did there?) The recipe actually calls for ground turkey but we just substitute the leftover Thanksgiving turkey. And the gravy is to die for!

Leftover Stuffing Waffles - There's a lot of these waffle recipes floating around on the interwebs but this one is verrry close to the Disney version. Just sub in your leftovers instead of the store-bought ingredients the recipe calls for.

Turkey Pizza - Pizza is a staple at my house and I can't wait to try this one!

Turkey Stuffing Balls -  This one will use up your turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. I can't decide whether to dip them in gravy or cranberry sauce though.

Turkey Crescent Ring - If you've still got guests to feed, this one is a little bit fancier and it's delicious!

Turkey Pot Pie - It's a classic for a reason!

Turkey Sliders -  Something a little different. It would be perfect for lunch!

Turkey Enchiladas - Y'all, Mexican is one of my favorite cuisines, and this is such an ingenious way to use up leftovers. We've been making turkey flautas on Thanksgiving for years, and this version is just a little healthier. I can't wait to try this one!

Turkey Casserole - This is so simple to make, just pile all the leftovers in a dish, add a couple of fresh ingredients, and pop it in the oven!

Turkey Soup - Is it even a recipe roundup if there's not a soup recipe? This one has lots of veggies for a healthy take on a classic!

I hope this gives you some new ideas for dealing with all the leftovers! And if you're too exhausted from Thursday to even look in the kitchen, order Chinese take-out!

xoxo,

Melissa
